An excellent service. Rory gave me a clear concise survey report on a new house I am purchasing. His price was very reasonable. Rory sat down with me and talked me through the report explaining everything about the house in detail. Rory even dealt with my solicitor weeks after doing his report with queries relating the house. I have to agree with all other reviewers, Rory did a thorough survey. He met me to discuss his findings and made simple low cost suggestions for dealing with the ‘problems’ he identified. He is an extremely courteous and pleasant man. My questions were treated with respect and answered accordingly, so I didn’t feel silly about asking what might seem foolish/irrelevant questions to some. His fee was reasonable and he was worth every euro of it. I will be recommending him to friends. Thanks Rory.

Rory completed a structural survey on a property for us. He was out within 2 working days of us calling him and had the report completed the next day. He came out and met with us to go through the report and explain the pictures/damage. He has also promised to email the report and pictures so we have them on record. We were very happy with his work and would have no problem recommending him to friends or colleagues. Thank you Tradesmen.ie.. You saved is quite a bit as prices are very varied.
